Family vacation

This unit is amazing. We had 3 adults and 2 kids stay and there was more than enough room to spread out. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and beds were comfortable. The balcony was massive and we saw gorgeous sunsets. It had toys and floats for the kids. There were so many books, I wish I could have stayed for a week just to read. Thanks for a great trip!

PCB in June

The property was as described and perfectly located for our family vacation. We are big fans of Schooners so this location was perfect. First time staying in Seychelles, but won't be the last. Every other PCB condo we've stayed in has had problems with elevators and in crowded locations. The only problem we had was upon arrival our unit came with 2 parking spaces. One was to be in "overflow" next to the building but there was no parking lot near the building for Seychelles property. Once we got a hold of security they explained that all units only co.e with 1 due to December storm damage and construction taking place. So they allowed us to park both vehicles in garage just on different levels. The unit itself was great. To have the east end unit with the wrap around balcony was amazing for sunrise and sunset viewing. However just before arriving the owner did inform us that the master bedroom balcony door was damaged and when we arrived it was damaged so badly we couldn't open in fear of further damage. So we had to use the living room door which wasn't a big deal for us. The only disappointing thing to the unit I can truly think of is that the refrigerator did not come with a ice/water machine. Freezer was big enough that I went and bought 5 bags of ice to stock it for our trips to the beach with coolers.

Great condo for family

My husband and I took our adult children for a vacation. We all loved the condo! Plenty of room to spread out with the 3 bedrooms, plenty of seating for all of us in the living room and the dining room! The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work but they had a counter top ice maker which worked much better than we expected. We love Seychelles and this area of the beach and would definitely stay in this condo unit again!

Good time at the Beech

We had a great time in the condo, the ocean was closed the whole time we were there (double red flags), which was a bummer but certainly not related to the condo we stayed in. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. Only thing noticeably missing was a food pantry to put food items during our stay. Not a big deal, but noticeable. Oveall a great spot, location, view, we would stay here again.

We've been coming to PCB since the 1990s and have stayed in this building a few times, but this was our first time to rent this condo. We absolutely hope to stay again! The views of the gulf and the bay can't be beat. We spent as much time outside on the wraparound balcony as we did inside. There was always plenty of room on the beach for us to set up our shade umbrella. (This part of the beach is usually much less crowded than other areas.) The condo came with a box of beach toys, floats, chair, etc. The living room furniture was very comfortable and perfect for a relaxing, family movie night after a long day in the sun. Plenty of seating at the large dining table for our 5 adults and 1 teenager, even when we had 3 local family members over for dinner. Overall, we had lots of space to spread out and enjoy our week. We never had any issues with noise or other tenants. The property was clean and well-maintained. Ample covered parking.

Poor cleanliness

Check -in was easy once we realized we needed to go to the 3rd (top) level of the parking deck to unload since that is where the luggage carts are. The door code access also made things simpler. However, the door is extremely heavy and the door stop was useless in holding the door open. The condo’s living area was spacious, but there is no pantry. We had to clear shelves under the peninsula in the kitchen to store our items. Additionally, the bunk room barely hold the twin over full bed. Smaller furniture with perhaps a twin over twin and a trundle would be more fitting. The kitchen tops still had sand on them from the previous guests. There had been a spill on the stove top that wasn’t cleaned well and ran down the front. There was spatter on the wall in the kitchen and where the trash can sets. The baseboards and floor were equally dirty. The vents throughout were covered in dust as were the light fixtures. There was a new stain on the backside of one of the pillow shams in the master bedroom that was turned to face the pillows. I had to purchase some cleaning supplies to feel comfortable cooking in the kitchen. With that being said, it is in a great location with spectacular sunrise and sunset views thanks to the wrap around balcony! I did speak with the property manager concerning the issues directly so that they could be addressed accordingly.

Needs a remodel

Overall I had a good time on the trip, but I would not book this room again. If there were a nicer property in this same condo I could be tempted. The whole thing needs a refresh. Most importantly the hall bathroom has mold growing in the caulking, a broken extractor fan which is leading to obvious moisture issues par for the course with beach properties. Needs a remodel. Until then a thorough clean, painting and recaulking will go along way. Needs new towels and bath mats, or at least clean the ones that are there. The living room furniture was as pictured and comfy. Loved the library.

Not worth the money they want for rental

This place has mold and we called for cleaning service to and clean it up. The shower curtain had to be replaced. The couches are dirty. They did not even have an iron.

The positives: imo the best location in PCB
.close to everything, but away from the heart of PCB where it’s super crowded. Unit was modern and nice. Would stay again. Being up high was great. Awesome views of the Gulf and beach below. The corner unit was much larger and worth the cost. Negatives: these are things that may cost the owner 50 bucks and take an hour to fix. The TV experience was subpar. Each tv had several remotes and many we found did not have batteries. The bedroom tv streaming buffered constantly and wasn’t user friendly. But we didn’t stay in room much and use tv, so it wasn’t too big a deal. Definitely not a deal breaker. The clocks batteries expired, and the pull out sofa was in bad shape. Outside deck furniture needs fixing. The kitchen has almost everything u need except salt and pepper, a second hand mit for oven and strangely it has a pizza cutter but no pizza pan or pizza stone to cook it on which made cooking it interesting. Although I agree with bringing your own dishwasher and clothes washer soap, I think it would be nice for the owner to supply liquid hand soap. Wasn’t about to buy a jug of that to fill the hand soap dispensers. Again, these are little things, but things I hope the owner can fix or at least be made aware of. Weather was perfect and the amenities and cleanliness of the property were appreciated. Will come back.

Great apartment and beautiful view

Property was clean and as described, only small issue was ice maker in fridge did not work. The view is beautiful from the wrap around balcony and you are right on the beach. They have two pools but they are both pretty small. One was extremely warm and the other was freezing cold , think the temperature needs better monitoring. These were the only bad points from what was a very pleasant stay in a nice , well maintained beachside property.

Beautiful condo
 balcony furniture needs an update.

Great location. Condo was neat and very roomy for the 4 of us. Loved the space and the area! Pros: lots of room, outstanding views from the wrap around balcony, easy access to beach, pools, restaurants, etc. All the staff were so friendly, courteous and helpful!!! We arrived early due to our flight and we’re allowed to check into our room a bit early which was very helpful. We wanted to pick up groceries but had no room for them in our car due to luggage so it was helpful to check in a bit early Cons: outdoor furniture on balcony not as pictured
 very rusty and unsafe. Pillows on couches in living area are losing their stuffing and a bit worn but usable. Would be nice to have extra blankets for beds somewhere!! Also would be nice to have an iron for clothing available. For those traveling or flying in: would have liked a hair blow dryer, a couple beach towels and a couple beach chairs available for use. Beach chair rentals are available but costly per day. We decided to purchase a few cheap beach chairs so we could take them with us to different beaches as we explored
 cheaper than renting the beach chairs onsite and you can’t take those with you if you want to go check out other beaches or areas
.we bought beach chairs for $20 each but the rentals (which looked quite comfortable and included 2 lounge chairs attached and an umbrella) were about $40 per day. We had to leave our beach chairs on the balcony as we couldn’t bring them home on the plane but felt it was worth it!!! Hopefully the next folks using the condo will be able to use the beach chairs!!! Also no instructions available in regards to how to use the television
 that would have been very helpful. Had a difficult time sleeping if it was windy at night
. Not sure where the noise was coming from but think it was the balcony railings vibrating Lots of construction going on at the beach. Still had access to the beach though and it was interesting watching the goings on

First time to Panama City Beach

We loved our stay here. Everything is super convenient yet far enough away from the center of all of the action. The condo was clean and the views were amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

This condo could use some TLC.

Our stay was not as I had expected. I have stayed at Seychelles several times in the past, but this condo was not up to par. It was obvious that the cleaning crew left before completing their tasks. When I called the management, I was told that is was cleaned and inspected, so it should not be dirty. When I forwarded my photos to them, two cleaning people came and spent two hours trying to get it cleaned up. The d/w was full of dirty dishes, the refrigerator smelled so badly of fish, they had to wash it out with bleach. We bought containers to store our food in because the smell lasted for days. None of the floors had been cleaned - they were covered with crumbs and hair. The condo has great beds, the floors are new & beautiful, as are the kitchen counters. But the place needs a deep cleaning and a list should be made of things that need replacing. The sofas are stained, the chaise lounge on the balcony was broken, the cushions on the balcony were stained and had soiled napkins under them. The cookware needs replacing, only 2 small fry pans and one was not useable - we purchased a large fry pan and left it behind. If you want to cuddle up with a blanket while watching a movie, you better bring some blankets. There is only one in the whole condo - none on the beds - just a sheet and a bedspread. We were supposed to get two parking passes, but only got one. This unit could be very beautiful and comfy - just spend some time getting it up to par!

This condo is absolutely perfect! Perks: Plenty of parking, great restaurant next door, comfortable living area, amazing wrap around balcony, plenty of room, easy check in and check out Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Excellent Stay!

Seychelles1401 was excellent! We had originally planned on bringing all 5 of our kids, but our oldest was unable to make it due to her college schedule. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, even if she had come 7 would have fit well too. The unit was very clean and quiet. The furniture in the living room was my absolute favorite! So comfortable and allowed for great views while relaxing with the family. Beds were great, kitchen had the essentials. Staff around the condo were friendly. Warren Beach Rentals was great at communicating with me and answering my questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Beautiful view at our fav condos in PCB

We have stayed at Seychelles four times and love it there. Close enough to anything without the large crowds. Resort is always clean and well maintained. This was our first time in this unit and the view was spectacular. The wrap around balcony is great. Unit was clean and one of the few times I could say floors didn’t feel Florida beach sticky— huge plus! Beds were comfortable and decor nice and in good condition. Dishes and bath towels were a little sparse but workable. We had great email communication (timed from them based on our stay) with Warren Beach Rental which covered all details and left no unanswered questions or needs. That’s always a plus also!! Thank you for a great getaway.
