This town home with private garage and ample parking is a great getaway destination. The location is very convenient to all attractions and entertainment in Panama City Beach and less than a five minute walk to the beach! It is the perfect fit for those who love the beach and all the attractions but also cherish quiet evenings away from the crowds. The 17' x 30' garage is an added plus. You can drop all the beach gear in the garage at the end of the day and have it out of your way or store your motorcycle or automobile. There are no elevators to wait on and you park right in front of the townhome or in the private garage. The community pool is very nice and is never overcrowded as only residence and guests of Bonita Point are permitted to use it. The pool and pool house are directly in front of the townhome! The townhome has a very open floor plan with 986 sq. ft. of living space. Everyone remarks at how roomy and comfortable this townhome feels. The living room has a new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a new Smart TV (free Wi-Fi) and the bedroom has a queen size bed. We can provide a rollaway bed for a child if you need one for a 5th person. The large bath provides a hugh jetted tub and a separate shower stall and an oversized vanity.
Bonita Point is a very quiet neighborhood located between the Grand Lagoon and the ocean off Thomas Drive. You can walk across Thomas Drive to the beach or drive over to the beach entrance and park in public parking. At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling or spend the day on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not... for wonderful day trips within minutes of the condo St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island are located on the Gulf and are spectacular. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.

Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach and there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music nightly in a very relaxed atmosphere such as Schooner's Or Dat Cajun Place. If you prefer a fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, The Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few!

Very happy with this stay. The place was very clean and management was very helpful when needed. The neighborhood is right in the middle of everything as well. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely book it again for my stay next year.

The location was perfect for our visit to see friends who live nearby. Also a very short walk to the beach. Having the private, secure garage was a big plus because we could leave beach items there and not have to take into the townhouse.

The location of the property was perfect for what we needed! It was only a 5 minute walk and passed a pizza shop on the way to the beach and grabbed one for lunch one day! The perfect place and would love to stay at this property again! Only issue was, we were unable to figure out how to lower the thermostat!

It was clean and adequately furnished and supplied. Great location. Garage is large enough to fit a utility trailer and 4 bikes, too low for F150 to fit. Only issue was the jets didn't work on the tub.

It’s a great place, comfy pillow top mattress. The shower has the most powerful water pressure. The go cart track is next to the living room & can be bothersome for anyone be sleeping there as it goes late. This can’t be heard from the bedroom. Overall the place worked for us.

Would definitely stay again, excellent vacation condo at a good price. No complaints really other than the washer and dryer were super old and sounded like they were living on borrowed time lol however they both worked fine. The TV also only had basic local channels, none of the smart tv features worked cause the TV was so old, but that wasnt really a big deal at all for me, I was on a beach vacation and the beach was right across the street I did have to contact the host one time due to us accidentally locking ourselves out of the condo and he was super nice, he gave us a code to get in and we were good to go. Overall a 5 star rating

The property was as desrcibed. Had a cool tub in the bathroom also a garage to park in at night which made it easy to load and unload. It was the first time we had not been right on the beach, but there is public beach access with free public parking just two blocks away. I would stay again for sure.

The place was great, very very spacious and close to everything. The garage space is perfect, I drove my jeep and I was able to remove the top and doors and still had space to park inside. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen amenities supplied our needs. The only reason why I don’t rate this place a 5 star is because the pool was not very clean, but that’s ok because I didn’t drive to PCB to get into a pool, when there is so much beautiful beach everywhere. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to stay. Great value for all it has to offer. Really amazing. Thank you so much for allowing my family and I so stay here and enjoy a wonderful week in PCB. Til next time…

Great Value by the Beach

The condo is in an excellent location, tucked on the other side of Thomas Rd. In a quiet neighborhood away from the traffic and festivities going on in March. It’s only a five minute walk from the beach and a quick walk to restaurants and other entertainment as well. The unit was updated and clean, and everything was as advertised in the listing. The property managers were also very accessible and responsive should you need them for anything. Would highly recommend.

Check in super easy. Questions answered ASAP. Tub was soooo relaxing. Now beach is 7 min walk away however across busy street. So with kids i wouldnt walk it on a weekend. If you plan on cooking brings spices and foil for left overs. They had no hangers in the closet which would have been nice. Overall great trip close to everything and clean!!!

Perfect for what we needed

We came down for a baseball tournament and vacation. This place was perfect! Big enough for the 3 of us! The kitchen was big and easy to keep clean due to the tiles. Bathroom was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The best part is the location. It was near everything! We could see the go carts from the living room window but it wasn't loud. The pool was right across from us which was convenient. Although it was a shared pool, there was a few days we had it all to ourselves. . Our hosts answered any questions I had within an hour of me asking. The garage was handy for loading and unloading the car. They even had a water spigot right out front and a hose if needed. We were able to rinse our feet before coming in. The beach was an easy walk just across the street. I would highly recommend this place for a couples getaway or a small family. Thanks again for a great week!!

Just teen twins and mom

When we walked inside we were pretty surprised.. usually places are much smaller than pic shows. It was a very nice size.. very clean.. loved having the garage. Didn’t use the pool but for 5 mins one night. We wanted the beach. First night not knowing where the beach was we drove around forver trying to find somewhere to park. DONT! It’s really 5-7 mins walking.. we spent more time in the car than we would have walking if we knew it was that close. Leave the room, go to entrance take a right, walk straight til u have to turn left or right and take a right and it’s just 1 min on ur left. Easy walk to. I won’t talk about the mistake we made but I did and Sherri was very kind and understanding about it! We definitely plan to go back there or would look at other properties they own. A lot around there to do also especially for young ones and teens. Loved r time there

Bonita Point stay

This was in a great location but the smell of pot was very bad in the ventilation system and the towels we had were stained. We also had a jacuzzi tub in our room that did not work.
