Splash 103W is your dream beachfront getaway! First floor unit offers the ultimate coastal living with two bedrooms , two bathrooms, and a cozy bunk room ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
The spacious master offers a king size bed with its own sliding glass door to wake up to the emerald blue water view. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity with a walk in shower and soaking tub for your relaxation. The second bedroom offers a king size bed for guest with a spacious closet. The bunk area offers custom bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top decorated in nautical theme. Guests will appreciate the convenience of second bathroom with a tub shower combo.
One of the most convenient features of the unit is the washer/dryer allowing you to keep beach attire fresh and clean throughout your stay.
Walking into the living area feels like you are in the beach The large living area has a sofa bed accommodating those extra guest if needed in queen size. A new wood table accommodates 4 people with additional seating at the island.
The first floor unit offers a perfect blend of convenience and luxury for your beach front vacation. Splash offers a children's water park featuring the small slide and the giant bucket of water to splash on your head, or jump in the pool to cool off. A relaxing hot tub and lazy river for enjoyment. Additional fee at check in will need to be paid at the resort for parking and arm bands at the Welcome Center, that fee is $35 per vehicle.

Everything was Wonderful. Diana was a great host. She answered all of our questions or concerns promptly. The Condo was very nice. The beach stuff was a major plus. The only thing I would say is if you are using a car top carrier. The parking garage is too low with a car top carrier on top of our suv. So I did a quick unpack and took it off during our stay

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Everything was there that you needed and more. I wish that some of what was in the condo would have been listed as there so I wouldn’t have packed so much ‘extra’ such as beach towels and things like that. Everything was SO clean and so nice. Being on the first floor was incredible with kids. We had family that had two other condos rented out in the east town and they were not pleased at all. They all come to our room one night for dessert and we’re so impressed. If we come back to splash, I’ll definitely be booking it again!

Perfect!

We have stayed at several different condos in Splash, but this will be our go to from now on! The layout is perfect for young children, and the first floor is wonderful to avoid elevator waits. Everything was clean, and the decor made the condo a peaceful retreat from all the excitement at the pools and water play areas.

Just as good as it looks!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We’ve stayed at Splash many times and this was the best unit we’ve rented. It was big, updated, clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved the bunks with their own TV, and you can’t beat being on the first floor and avoiding long elevator rides. Communication with the host was easy and we experienced zero issues during our stay. I would book again any time!
