This was our 3rd year at Splash and we love it!! Location, access and parking are great. Only complaint would be the elevator situation at times, but it’s to be expected with the number of floors. We will be back!

The best condo experience

We stayed at this room for 7 days and absolutely loved it, I was so sad to leave because it was perfect! I’m a clean freak and when I tell you this was the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in! We came in May and had no elevator wait time! The lock off suite was perfect for our guests that came with us it gave everyone their own space but still close together and we love that it had its own balcony!! I overall have no complaints and will definitely rent from James again! We reached out to James to extend our stay and he responded quickly and made the extension process so smooth!! I highly recommend booking with him! I do have a few suggestions to improve the room: 1. Non slip rug mat for the rug in the master bathroom. 2. A mattress topper for the 2nd bedroom, the mattress is pretty firm. 3. A rug in the master bedroom to help keep sand out of the bed. 4. Drain stopper for the hall bathroom.5. Replace the couches soon. 6. Add a full length mirror in the master bedroom. Overall I give this a 10/10 and you can’t go wrong booking this room!

Paradise in Panama

Our stay at James property was absolutely amazing. It came with all the necessities. The mother in law unit was off to itself which provided privacy away from everyone else. All we had to do was unpack and enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back again.

After booking I realized I had booked our stay a day late–so immediately I messaged the owner, and he quickly replied and fixed my mistake.Our ETA was 2 hours ahead of check in so I messaged again and he assured me that was fine and the room would be ready for me upon arrival.We were beyond pleased with the condo and everything was as described. The living room was missing some furniture but it never affected our stay or comfort.The 3 separate balconies were just the cherry on top.Our 13 year old child literally cries on the day we left because she loved it here so much.I will say, the splash park area was FREEZING and we hated not being able to use it (that was the main reason we picked this resort) but the pools were warmer so it worked out!

Communication with the owner was quick. The condo overall met our needs. There were a few minor things that need attention (kitchen cabinets very sticky as well as some dishes) but didn’t impact our stay. The Splash complex pools could use a good cleaning. Overall a great family trip.

A great place for family, but needs some TLC!!!

This is an awesome place for families, but the grounds and the condo could use a little TLC!!! Lots of broken light fixtures and a broken chair in the living room. Neither of these issues spoiled our stay and I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more!!!
