Welcome to “Shell Yeah”! This property is located at Sunbird Beach Resort next door to Pineapple Willy's. This beautiful beachfront one bedroom, one-bathroom property comfortably sleeps four, two in the king master bed and two on the sleeper sofa. Steps to the white sand and clear water.

This beautiful property is stylishly decorated with a cozy feel. The amazing views will take your breath away from the second you walk in with floor to ceiling windows. You will find your perfect place in paradise when you step onto the balcony for unobstructed views to the east where the emerald green water meets the ever-changing colors of the sky. Relax and enjoy the stunning scenery with your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook from your favorite family meals to a quick snack for the kids. The dining room seat four comfortably, with a gorgeous view of the endless ocean. There are also two bar stools at the counter.

The master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed and is decorated in calm earth tones and has an adjoining full bath with a tub shower combo and a vanity. The living room features a memory-foam sleeper sofa with direct ocean views, not a bad morning wake-up scene.

Recently refinished building exterior with new decking and landscaping throughout. ***Please note, construction from Hurricane Michael is still underway at areas in the complex, but at least two pools and beach access points are open during the renovations. The heated pool is closed until the end of January. Please make sure you are aware before booking that there may be some noise during the day.

Sunbird is a gated community. Restaurants and attractions are located nearby. Just walk next door to World Famous Pineapple Willy's for barbecue ribs or seafood and enjoy a delightful sunset dinner from the pier or make it a lunchtime treat!

This is an owner-managed unit. As the owner, I am still a bit new to the renting, so please be understanding and communicate your expectations and any issues you encounter. Your honest feedback is much appreciated. I want to make sure you enjoy your stay and will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Love This Zvondo!

This is the second time that my wife and I have stayed at Shell yeah and just like the first time we loved it! This is a perfect condo for a couple that may be vacationing in PCB. The views of the ocean are magnificent and the beach was really nice. Even though we weren’t allowed to go into the water to swim because of the riptide. And we’re able to get our toes in the water and have a good time. We stayed there seven days this time and loved every minute of it!

Beach views

This was a great choice. Fabulous views of the ocean. Both sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. Occasion jets from the nearby air force base were viewable as well. Even though it was spring break we had no issues.Unit is cozy and the host has made good use of the space. How wonderful to eat at the table and enjoy the ocean views! Don’t pass this one by. Good location, safe and close to everything.

Mixed impressions

The condo for most part was clean except for the patio curtains had pizza sauce on them! (At least that what it looked like) and a half eaten ice cream bar in the freezer. The rest of the condo was very clean. The most disappointing thing for us was the lack of service from our host. We contacted her about a patio chair that broke and it took two days to get back to us she did have it replaced on the second day but after looking at the second patio chair, we noticed it too needed to be replaced before somebody got hurt and that also took another day, leaving us with only one chair on the balcony for a total of three days, which doesn’t seem terrible, but when you rent a condo on the beach it’s so you can enjoy the view. Our host also was not concerned or apologetic about the fact I could have been seriously hurt after the first chair broke and I fell nearly hitting my head. Other than those issues we did have a great time. They also have two new Pickleball courts and two shuffle board courts that were not mentioned in the advertisement that were a pleasant surprise. Happy place

Jeanne was great. The unit was as described and it was clean, decorated nicely, and had all the supplies you could need. View was beautiful and complex has been updated and looked nice. Bed was also comfortable. We like this area of the beach and this complex. Jeanne’s happy place was she’ll yeah for sure. Hope to stay again in the future. Next door to Pineapple Willy’s too.

Perfect little condo on the beach! Shell yeah is exactly as advertised. Jeanne has everything you need and anything you want is walking distance. My boyfriend and I spent a week and have zero complaints or comments for improvement. This place is perfect for a couple. We will definitely be back!

Great Time in Panama City Beach!

We had a great stay in PCB at your wonderful condo! The condo itself was FABULOUS. It was well-appointed and we had everything we needed. It was also well-decorated and the balcony view was AMAZING! We slept like babies on the king size bed, too! Shell Yeah! was perfect for the two of us and we highly recommend it!

Amazing adventure

Gorgeous view!

We loved our time at Shell Yeah. The view is incredible, you can see all the way down the east coast line. The property is a little smaller so you don’t have fight crowds. There is always a chair at the pool and we never waited for an elevator. Beach set up was very convenient! Host is top notch! Would stay again!
