The Space:

*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Sink into the deep, cushioned couch and put your feet up, or relax in the comfortable loveseat, so everyone can enjoy a movie together on the LCD HDTV. A perfect way to finish a perfect day!



The open kitchen spills into a breakfast bar and adjacent dining table. You`ll love the fully appointed, convenient kitchen, stocked with all major and minor appliances you may need during your vacation stay, and a complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishes. Whether planning to prepare multi-course home-cooked meals during your vacation or relying on the many restaurants that offer takeout, you`ll appreciate the handy microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and icemaker. Stock up on groceries once at the store, fill the fridge and cupboards, and you`re ready!



After a fun day at the beach or an evening out in town, you`ll enjoy lying your head on the primary bedroom`s comfortable king-size mattress. The primary bedroom also includes beautiful upscale furnishings and a 32" LCD TV, which has been mounted to free up space. If you have more than a couple of guests with you, you`ll also enjoy the bunk beds, which are conveniently located near the half-bath. The primary bath includes a tub/shower combo with a pocket door for complete privacy and its own vanity. Both bathrooms have been completely upgraded with new vanities and beautiful solid-surface tops.

The room we chose was supposedly unavailable? Not sure why. We were moved to a different unit 6-7 rooms down the hall. The whole weekend no work was performed on the balconies near either unit which was why we were supposedly moved. The unit we were moved to was nothing like the unit we viewed on your site. We were totally disappointed with the unit we were moved to. This property is older and we chose the unit that had been updated. Well after we were moved we were given a unit that was pretty much original to the date of original construction. It was old and dated. There were so many things that were wrong with the unit it was ridiculous. I believe there was no reason we couldnot have stayed in the original unit that we booked unless it didn’t really exist? We feel like it was a bait and switch deal. We sent several notes to the property management and not much was done to appease us. Really a sad and bad experience.

Unit is as advertised, clean and nice. Heated pools were warm and operational, the beach is great. The communication with the owner, Funquestvr.com was good. They were quite responsive. Only one flaw: once our keypad at the door to the unit locked us out. When we called Funquest, they sent someone quickly. But they did not really repair it / change the battery. So it happened again the next evening. Not perfect when you are wet and cold coming from the beach or pool area with a child. But after a few attempts, we got back in (was our last evening).

Loved the room and view!! Hated the wait on elevator

We loved our room and it was mostly clean, however we did notice some hairs stuck to the shower wall when we first got there that was pretty gross. I loved the view and the fact we had beach chairs with our room was a real selling point. Everything was convenient from check in to check out. Loved having parking pass and wrist bands waiting on us in the room . The only real downside to staying on a higher level of a high rise is the very long wait on the elevators . I would definitely consider a lower level in the future.

Everything we needed!

The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed! View was outstanding, grounds, beach, pools and staff, etc.. were good. The only issue was waiting for elevators, be prepared to wait for loading and unloading when checking out, it was mass mahem but we understood! Also, we went in the heart of spring break so the night club across the street was loud but we slept right through after a long day at the beach :-) Kristen was on top of questions, responded right away and very dependable, thank you!!!
