No noisy pools or public areas between you and the beach. Nestled in a well-maintained mid-rise building, there is easy beach access via 2 elevators and several staircases – no long lines for elevators like in many of the large towers! Edgewater Resort's Windward building is on the quiet end of the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort complex with a less crowded beach area. Perfect for a romantic getaway for two, days with the kids at the beach, or two couples – this gorgeous one bedroom, 2 bath property sleeps four with a king sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

The beachfront open floor plan great room features a comfy sofa sleeper and two coordinating recliners with a large upholstered side chair. There's a wall mounted TV with free Roku HD Streaming included. Be sure to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with free WiFi from FireDog that's included with your rental. The dining table has four chairs and additional seating at the bar for two. It's a great place for enjoying your meals or playing cards or board games with the whole group! The kitchen looks out over the great room to the ocean so, you have a great beach view even while you are on kitchen duty! Modern appliances, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. are all included with your rental. So, you can cook in if your don't feel like going out to one of the amazing restaurants that are near by.

The Ocean's Edge Master Suite provides a king sized bed with a private bathroom. Relax in comfort with high thread count linens, fluffy pillows and big thirsty towels. There's a wall mounted TV with Roku streaming provided, too. You'll love this private hideaway, it's so relaxing! The master bath provides updated counters and cabinetry with an elegant tiled walk-in shower.

There's a second full bathroom, too that's great for getting everybody ready for what ever the day holds. Also great for getting ready for bed at night. The washer and dryer are located in the hall area and an iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

Your rental includes parking passes that must be picked up upon arrival at our main office.
The complex has ample parking on site.
Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association.
Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that offers Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's Corner Market with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal). The resort also offers free tram service for the entire complex. Everything you need is nearby or onsite!
