We were very happy with the Top Shellf condo! The layout was perfect for adults and kids alike. The view was breathtaking. The communication was exceptional- truly. The condo was exactly as it is in pictures- seldom the case with condo rentals. We sincerely hope to be able to come back!

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It was not crowded, the water was clear and the sand was white! The condo has tennis courts, a sand volleyball net and kayaks to use on the lake. We also found a ton of sea shells which was a nice change vs staying in Destin. The water was fishy, which was perfect for our family who likes to fish. The condo itself is older but this unit was completely updated, clean and nicely kept. There are fans in every room, which was nice. It seems like the air conditioner had a difficult time keeping cool at times. One evening we returned and it was 77 in the unit
this would be more of an issue during prime summer months. We were here the very last week of May. No other complaints!

Top Shellf indeed!

Incredible place to stay! Perfectly situated for views and so close to the beach. The extra perk was having a complimentary set of chairs and umbrella already set up by beach service (can call and have more setup - on your dime). We saw dolphins about 100 yards out for 2 of our 5 days there. Management was responsive and helpful. This place is a hidden gem away from the crowds and madness of 30A, Rosemary and Panama City. Truly magical.

Beach success

This residence was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids (the bunk room could hold 6). Very clean. Comfortable for dining in with kitchen well stocked. Living room had enough seating for movie watching. The beach was glorious and it’s close proximity to Camp Helen State Park was another plus. The management was easily a audit needs. We would love to come back.

Paradise inside and out!

We will definitely rent again! Amazing location and so much to do on property! From the condo you can see up and down the beach. The first night we saw dolphins from the balcony. The sunsets are gorgeous and every morning we spent collecting shells right in front of the unit. The interior is gorgeous. Newly renovated with upscale decor. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for a week of cooking and entertaining. Our kids loved the bunk room and we loved hearing the waves all night from the main suite. I'd love to go back for a couple's get away or even alone. The nearby restaurants are terrific too. We can't wait for our next visit so we can paddle board, bike into Seaside and maybe even rent a golf cart. So much fun! We will be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This 3/3 is perfection in paradise. It’s tucked away on the end of PCB by a secluded state park. It’s nestled right on the beach in between a dune lake and the Gulf. The wrap around porch makes sunsets heaven. And you wake up to the views in both master suites. The bunk room has anything a kid could ask for with a huge tv and bean bags for gaming or movie watching. Plugs for each bunk area. Everything is completely remodeled and fresh! Fully stocked kitchen with anything you need. Awesome new appliances. Need a hook for your bags? A luggage rack? They’ve thought of everything, down to the placement for your cosmetics with a shelf in the bathroom. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. TVs in all rooms and even games and puzzles. The beds are comfortable! Extra blankets and pillows. The decor is so tasteful and not the tacky beach decor you usually see. Obviously professionally decorated. And with the automatic shades for the all the windows

 they're just showing off. Perfect for families or 2 couples and the kiddos. The place to stay to be near 30a but with PCB prices and no crowds. We’ll be back.

Very nice getaway!

This condo was very newly remodeled, clean, and an excellent value. The balcony is a corner one with on side being fairly private since there is no building your facing on that side. Definitely the “Wow” factor of the place. One bedroom can actually accommodate 6 kids with the trundle beds. Good idea! I left my shampoo at home but the condo was setup like a hotel and had me covered with the shampoo. My wife said they had a curling iron which we haven’t seen before. Very well stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware. Enjoyed it!
