The Francois Carriage house is a whimsical getaway retreat. Featuring a beautiful wrap around balcony with outside seating and a designated parking space for one car. Newly refurbished to continue our commitment to quality for all guests. The moment you enter you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy all the wonderful amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer.
During your stay there are complimentary beach chairs/towels, two bikes, and beach wagon.
This 750 sq ft house features a loft king bed where you wake to the beautiful blue sky and office area to include wireless internet throughout. The bunk room located on the first floor is directly across from the bathroom. The Francois Carriage house can sleep up to 4 total guests (two adults only).

Featuring a full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range and complete assortment of kitchen amenities as well as stunning granite countertops. There is seating for two at the bar and a dining area that can comfortably seat four.
All the floors are done in beautiful travertine, featuring.
Just steps away from the beautiful Cabana Pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and town center.

This was a beautiful place! Great working kitchen, very comfortable beds ( though you do need to be able to do stairs at night due to bathroom downstairs.). Loved the special soap for shower and the sky pool was very nice.Very comfortable living room. Down side is sitting for eating is not the best but doable.

Absolutely wonderful!! Location! Location!!! Beautiful, clean and inviting! Loved all the windows! The access to the beaches and bikes to ride were a huge benefit! We didn’t use any of the pools available but all looked so nice and within a short walking distance or quick bike ride. Everything about this beautiful place was wonderful!! We hope to be back! We would definitely return here at our next visit!!

Family of four (two teenage girls), stayed for 6 nights. It was a perfect fit for our family. We used the two bikes each day and rented two others (and got a 15% discount with Cheryl’s code - make sure to mention the discount in the notes if ordering online)It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants and to the cabana pool. We biked to all of the other pools to check them all out. The provided beach supplies were nice to have.Communication with the owner was excellent.This was our first time to the area and really didn’t know what to expect. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again upon our return.
