IMPORTANT – TEMPORARY POOL CLOSURE: Please note that the building's pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance and improvement work starting August 23, 2026. The pool is expected to be available again starting October 1, subject to the completion of the necessary work. These improvements are being carried out to enhance the facilities and provide a better experience for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

-The pool is open until 10 PM, and glass is not allowed in the pool area.
-In case of key loss, an additional fee will be charged for replacement.
-Late check-out without host consent may result in up to 50% charge of the last night's fee.
-We recommend keeping windows closed to prevent condensation in the air-conditioned apartment and as a precaution in case of rain. Any damage of this nature may incur an additional charge.
-One vehicle per reservation is permitted.
-Check-in Information: Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Charge Automation link to complete the digital check-in. Access to the unit will only be granted after this process is completed. Please complete it as early as possible to avoid delays in receiving your check-in instructions.
