This was a terrible hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting, and the owners of the property were incredibly rude. If I had had other options, I would not have kept my stay here. The room smelled like mildew and our towels were never able to get dry because of the water retention in the room.

Lesson learned!

Well, to start with I made reservations for 2 rooms and when I got there they only had me for 1 room. I chose to pay when I arrived and they had already charged my credit card so they issued ne a credit and I payed with the card I was actually going to use. The trip was for a fishing charter including 4 adults and 4 young adults and hust needed a place to sleep and leave the next day. I will not go back.

The air Conditioner in the room was very loud and cycled very frequently making sleep somewhat difficult. Breakfast was scant. The floor in the room was very sticky to my feet as if they had not rinsed the floor cleaner after cleaning. But everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

El personal que te recibe es excelente. Muy amable, atentos y servicial pero la habitacion no tiene ingiene. Se veia que no habian limpiado como si la habitacion hubiese sido usada y no limpiaron. Es decir que si van con niños es poco sanitario. La verdad es solo para una noche.

"Breakfast" was a joke, when they "cleaned" the room the one time they did, they didn't even sweep. The elevator was broke for a day. The ice machine on the 1st floor was always broken, there wasnt one on our floor so we had to go upstairs. The walls are incredibly thin so you heard everything from surrounding rooms. Overall, it wasnt horrible but it wasnt good. For the amount of money we paid, it should have been better

The hotel location was decent and free parking, but the overall stay was disappointing. The entrance and room had an unpleasant smell, I encountered bed bugs. This made the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely needs better cleanliness and pest control.

It was what should be expected for the price point. The room was clean but not very clean. The staff was friendly enough. The amenities were there. It was in close proximity to a lot of shopping and restaurants. I'd stay again now with the knowledge you get what you pay for.
