We are just a few short miles from all of the Grand Lagoon marinas, Captain Anderson's, the pirate and catamaran cruises, as well as St. Andrews State Park, and within walking distance of many restaurants, including Schooners Beach Club.

A pair of reserved beach chairs and umbrella for relaxing on the beach are included in your stay (seasonal March-October)!

Treasure Island is one of Panama City Beach's most deluxe resorts. The complex features:

OUR UNIT FEATURES:
• 1370 square feet of spacious living area with nine (9) foot ceilings
• Two bedrooms with a 65 inch living room TV and smart TV’s in the bedrooms, a built-in bunk bed area with two twin bunk beds, and queen sleeper sofa. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a huge walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
• Large, fully outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal or beverage
• Dining area adjacent to the kitchen with dining table that seats six
• Full size washer and dryer in a separate utility room
• 9 foot deep, 30 feet wide, Gulf Front balcony that provides 270 square feet to relax and enjoy a breath taking panoramic penthouse view of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, fishing fleets, ships and extraordinary sunsets. The balcony is accessible from the both the living room and the master bed room.

NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
• We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING AND NO PETS
• Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am (Central Time Zone)
• County and state taxes are not included in rates.
• Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear.
• A payment of 25% is required to reserve our condominium.
• Payment of the balance is due 30 days in advance of your arrival.

All guests must register online or check in at the Treasure Island Condo Assoc upon arrival and pay a $35 registration fee. Two parking spaces are included in the registration fee.
