EVERTHING WAS QUITE SUFFICIENT--ECXEPT FOR HOLE IN THE SCREEN WHERE WASPS CAME IN AND THE ICE MACHINE ON 3RD FLOOR IS OUT OF SERVICE AND ON THE MAIN FLOOR IT BARELY WORKED ENOUGH TO GET A COUPLE CONTAINERS OF ICE.WHEN TRAVELING WE NEED ICE!

The clerk could not find my reservation. After about 10 minutes she found it after I showed her the confirmation. They didn't have the room available that I requested. The clerk said she would have to call the police! I asked her why? She said someone was already in the room and they would have to check it out. She gave me another room. I subsequently called the front desk for a wake up call and also asked what happened with the police. She said there was no one in the room however it was a mess!

Property was clean and renovations are a nice improvement. Only issue I had was that I had booked a handicapped accesible room and when I asjed the desk clerk at check in if the room I was getting was indeed an accessible room. Clerk stated all rooms were accessible since rennovations. I dropped my luggage off, went to my meetings and didnt realize until late that evening that my walker wouldn't even fit through the bathroom door!! This is not a handicapped accessible room!!! Also, there's no seat in shower. I would consider this false advertising and a definite hazard!!! The clerk could see I used a walker when I checked in and should have provided me a room that was truly handicapped accessible!
