Hotel villaggio molto datato con notevole pecche quali pulizia camere e ristorazione scarsa,in compenso ottima location sul mare e staff molto disponibile.Peccato in un isola veramente meravigliosa.Una nota positiva i 2 ragazzi Felice e Giulia.

The first impact is not positive,despite the superb location on the sea,because both inside and outside structures need a strong refreshement. No telephon in the room and very poor breakfast. I preferred lunches and dinners in outside restaurants. Faucets in the bathroom to be changed

Una vacanza indimenticabile...hotel un po' datato in bellissima posizione direttamente sul mare, personale cortese e sempre disponibile, cucina semplice, buona pulizia sia all'interno che esterno, piscina pulita e seguita egregiamente dal bagnino Marco, Staff animazione con Felice e giulia 5 stelle.....evvivaaaa pantelleriaaaaaa

sono rientrata il 4 settembre al villaggio praticamente andavo solo.a dormire devo dire di essere stata abbastanza bene la camera pulita ed il personale gentile l'unica pecca la colazione che alla fine ho fatto.solo il primo giorno .ottima proporzione qualita' prezzo da riprovare

Soggiorno deludente
Bellissima Pantelleria, sicuramente ci ritornerò; lo stesso non posso dire del villaggio. Abbiamo trovato la camera sporca al nostro arrivo e abbiamo dovuto pulirla, sul pavimento c'era di tutto, terra, capelli e peli di animali, inoltre i cuscini erano sporchi, la doccia era grigia ed era solo mancanza di pulizia!!! Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e le pulizie seguenti sono state sempre deludenti, mai cambiate le lenzuola, i bagni non venivano puliti bene, nelle camere venivano fatti solo i letti, nemmeno una spazzata, anzi abbiamo trovavamo sporco il pavimento, pure le impronte della donna delle pulizie. Il villaggio (se così si può chiamare) è composto da 2 strutture, a noi hanno dato la camera nella struttura secondaria a 300 metri dalla struttura principale e quindi sia per colazione sia per andare in piscina dovevmo uscire fuori ed attraversare la strada, per niente comodo sotto questo punto di vista. In piscina c'è l'obbligo delle cuffie, e questo è normale ma abbiamo pagato 7 euro per 2 cuffie che non costavano più di 1 euro e che inoltre avrebbero dovuto dare gratuitamente. La colazione scarsa e con cibo di basso livello, quando finiva qualcosa dovevi chiederlo, i camerieri non erano molto attenti. Abbiamo evitato il pranzo e la cena perchè le recensioni erano negative, ma ci siamo trovati peggio di come potevamo immaginare. Concludendo non consiglierei mai questa struttura ad amici ed io stessa la prossima volta prenoto un'altra struttura.
