I checked out one day early and was told that the General Manager would process refund when there ethened to office on Monday (I checked out Sunday). I asked for receipt they said no need. I trusted them. I called for general manager as there was no sign of my refund on Wednesday and was told he was not there and to call Thursday. Called Thursday and was told the general manager wasn’t there and wouldn’t be there for a while. I told them my concern and they said there’s no refunds. I also never got my security deposit back. BEWARE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE

The hotel was just good enough to have a good place to stay. It wasn’t over the top or didn’t exceed my expectations in any way, but the staff was kind and the room was cleaned every time I came back to my room. Overall, it was great!

We are originally from the tri-state area and we needed a place to stay for my mom's going home ceremony. We had to extend the stay for odd reasons and the manager was so accommodating and polite helping us in our time of need. He made our stay pleasant. The staff are also very pleasant eveyone had positive greetings. The breakfast is awesome and we enjoyed getting up each morning to fresh coffee. I will recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you!

Front desk staff were absolutely lovely. Hallways and my room had a smell of mildew. Bathroom door creaked. Refrigerator is more like a freezer. Didn’t order room service or have breakfast. Bed was comfortable and didn’t see any clear signs of uncleanliness. It’ll do in a pinch.
