    Great location, fair value, clean and well appointed. It's an upper-level walk up, which I knew about. Just be sure you do not mind climbing the steps.

    The location is fantastic, but there were issues with communication and the apartment itself.While I was given access codes, not all of the instructions were straightforward. They gave me the key box number, but didn't explain that it was tucked away in the mailboxes along with all the other key boxes. The mailboxes aren't labeled, so you have to pull all of them out to find the correct one. The stovetop is induction. When I asked about operating instructions, the human answering machine had no idea and had to get back to me. During my stay, a heat wave rolled through Paris. That apartment is on the top floor and with the exception of the small window in the bathroom, the windows don't open. Heat rises and it was stifling making sleep extremely uncomfortable. That apartment should have been prioritized with an AC to begin with. When asked about instructions for opening the windows, I was again told that they would get back to me.Their excuse was poor, saying they manage a number of properties and weren't sure about the set up of the one I was renting.
