In a building full of history in the heart of Paris, you will stay in the last residence where the famous French revolutionary Robespierre lived at the end of the 18th century.

On the 2nd floor, this comfortable, charming and cozy apartment, retains the charm of this period with its exposed beams and all the modern and high-end comfort of today (Internet, A/C, Wifi, iPod/iPhone station, TV with international channels, DVD, connected speakers, rain shower, etc.).

The apartment, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby.

It is equipped with a beautiful kitchen opening onto a living room with a sofa bed with a comfortable sleeping for 2 people, a decorative fireplace, a large TV screen with all international channels, DVD/CD player, speakers, video games.
The kitchen has a beautiful table that can accommodate 4 people.
The bedroom with a large hotel quality bed (160cm) for two people, is equipped with wardrobe and a desk area with Internet, Wifi connection, and sockets and adapters to easily recharge a computer, tablet, camera...
The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower on the ceiling and hand shower, a marble sink and separate toilets.
You will also have a washer-dryer and comfortable heating and air conditioning.

Perfect location, lovely place
The apartment was perfect. It has everything including charm. We enjoyed the thoughtful details like the N’espresso machine, the throw blankets and the rain shower. Even though we were 4 people including two teens, we had plenty of space. FYI, air drying on the enormous fold away rack provided works better than the machine dryer. We could easily walk to the Louvre, Musee D’Orsey, the Eiffel Tower, numerous parks. Half the time, we loved just walking the streets of Paris. Every meal was delicious and unique even though we pretty much picked places at random and never made a reservation.

Great location
We would be happy to stay here in the future. Having stayed at several VRBO establishments previously, We would rate this one as accurately advertised. It is in a high-end district in Paris, though closer to Place de la Concorde than Place Vendome. The photos in the ad are accurate. Metro stations are easily reached by short walks. Excellent cafes in a high end fashion district. Kitchen is well appointed and the best room in the apt. Appliances work well, silverware and cookware is plentiful and in excellent condition. Bedroom will be tight for some and restroom even tighter. Excellent shower. Some of the furniture could use updating. Hosts make sure that bottled water, coffee, etc. are nicely supplied. Apartment is pleasantly quiet in a potentially noisy area, though window views are not scenic. Manager was very prompt in responding and willing to have someone meet you at apt. and show how appliances work. Very helpful for guests who are unfamiliar with European appliances. Very nice instruction book supplied. Entrances to apt. are very secure and provide peace of mind. Very nice courtyard. Stairs to apt. are narrow and winding and may challenge some who prefer elevators or wider staircases. For the historically minded, the apt. claims to be the final residence of the notorious French revolutionary, M. Robespierre. He certainly lived in this building. Tour guides regularly bring their groups to the building entrance but they do not cause any nuisance.

Historic Property in the 1st arr.
This lovely apartment was well appointed with a fantastic espresso machine and a beautiful gourmet kitchen with table for 4 persons. The location is wonderful and the apt has a separate bedroom and a bathroom that is off the living room area which is ideal for access. Many windows and a lovely layout, this apt is ideal for a couple or 4 friends as it sleeps four. I enjoyed my stay and absolutely would book again - very responsive owner and assistant for any issues that might arise, i.e. need to book a taxi for airport. Merci beaucoup!

Unit combines authentic french charm in the archetecture, with modern conveniences in the bathroom and kitchen. Very spacious unit, and lovely kitchen. No street noise. Location is in the heart of the high-end shopping district No.1 with nearby cafes and metro if you like. Many attractions are short 15 min. walks, like Louvre, Sein River and Champs Elysee. Unit is on the second floor with narrow stairs, but not a problem if you don't have a lot of heavy luggage.

Séjour à Paris
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cet appartement, confortable bien rénové, avec un beau cachet. Il est très bien situé, propre et bien équipé, de plus nous avons apprécié l'accueil d'Arnaud qui a bien pris le temps de répondre à nos questions. La communication avec Lucille est également très facile, donc de recommande cet appartement pour une location à Paris.

Excellent location… close to Everything both for walking and Metro stops (Concorde &Madeline). Communication was perfect as was check in. Stairs are narrow to unit so some may find it difficult to navigate. Overall, a great spot for Paris stay.
