Staff were all very kind and very helpful. The hotel is lovely with comfortable rooms - pillows, mattress and bed linen are really soft and comfortable. The location is close to lovely shops, cafes and the Metro. And the Sacre Coeur is a short walk and stunning. I would highly recommend!

The reception staff were all very kind and very helpful. The sheets and pillows were lovely and soft and very comfortable. The location is excellent - close to lovely shops, cafes and bakeries. A short walk from Sacre Coeur and the Metro so it was all very easy!

The hotel is in a very good location in the Montmartre neighborhood of Paris. It's surrounded by alot of bakeries, restaurants, patisseries and small grocery stores nearby. We didn't spent alot of time at the hotel, preferring to go out and explore Paris instead, but things were up to par. The only complaint I have of this hotel is that the sliding door leading to the bathroom is a bit cumbersome since it keeps getting stuck in the carpet.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. We were a 4 minute walk to the metro station that ran on a major line we used a lot. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by and even a couple grocery convenience shops. The hotel had an elevator and our 3rd floor room had a great view. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a king size bed when I was expecting a double, and it was very spacious and had good storage for clothes. The bathroom was also quite spacious and had a great shower. The neighborhood was lovely and very walkable. Very happy with this hotel.

The hotel was very nice, with 24 hour reception desk, and in a good location. The bed was comfy, and customer service was very good. My only complaint is that the AC did not work (they said, due to some government regulation), and we were on the first floor, so it was noisy with the window open. Also, the wifi signal was a bit weak.

At first I was nervous given some of the lower rated reviews. However, we received nothing less than hospitable and excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times of the day. The hotel room was clean and simple. The bathrooms are smaller in France, but that’s just how it is. We loved being a little more outside of the tourist area because we were able to experience more of the culture and language. However, they all speak very good English and communication was not difficult at all. There were tourists everywhere as well as locals so it felt safe. There are SOO MANY restaurants, Bars, Bakeries and shopping areas immediately near the hotel. Had we known how close things really were, we wouldn’t have bothered to use Uber as much as we did. But being new in the area we were nervous at first so of course we used uber everywhere until our last few days. We stayed 8 nights and there was so much to do! The breakfast they offer is good and fulfilling. But if you’re still hungry for more, take a walk outside and take your pick of all of the many restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is small and compact ideal for visiting the sacre coeur and momartre. Though it's very hilly. The Moulin Rouge is close by. The Metro and bus stops are in Easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants near by. The staff were very friendly and helpful
