Beautiful hotel. Manager and front desk are top-notch. Resteraunt on the other hand was a disaster. They were not accommodating at all. Also pillows in the rooms are absolutely horrible. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep.

A beautiful hotel with an amazing location right in the center of Paris. The decor and ambiance is stunning. The staff was very responsive, professional and helpful. The room amenities were great. Both restaurants are excellent, refined and creative. We will definitely go back.

Hotel was fantastic however the bedroom walls are made from plasterboard so noise was an issue. We were woken by loud footsteps each night at 1am and then in the morning which disrupted our sleep. Not sure who it was but was constant heavy footsteps non stop. Never experienced this at other hotels.
