Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Palais des Chalets in Paris! The location is unbeatable — within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Seine River. Two major metro stations are less than 15 minute walk. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. My room was beautifully decorated, blending classic Parisian charm with modern comforts. Room sizes are ok since you will not be staying in the hotel room all day. Our room had two single mattresses pushed together but was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and welcoming staff. Also near by are welcoming cafes and nice local Paris streets. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to explore the heart of Paris on foot.

Hidden gem just steps from the Eiffel Tower!

Great staff! They were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for seeing all of the Paris attractions. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed.

I have stayed here before, great location center to everything and the hotel is nice and clean. The only thing I didn not like this time was that the guy at the desk assumed that my friends and I were staying all in one room and followed us outside and confronted us in the street to tell us that 5 people cannot stay in one room. I personally ignored all this because we had dinner reservations, but my friend got offended and walked back to the hotel and gave the information of both our rooms. He later apologized, but in my opinion is not how you verify room occupancy.

Este es un Hotel pequeño, pero muy conveniente todo está cerca. Yo te lo recomiendo todo el mundo muy limpio. Las personas que trabajan ahí los trabajadores súper amables me encontró yo se lo recomendaría a todo el mundo. Lo que no recomiendo que cojan el desayuno porque es lo mismo todos los días y es no tiene muchas opciones pero el lugar es muy limpio muy amable todo el mundo a mi me encantó

The hotel was basic but clean and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, location is great. The breakfast was a nice added bonus. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Our stay of 4 nights was good over all. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean property. We paid extra to have the room decorated for our anniversary and got some cute balloons with rose petals on the bed and some chocolate cake that was a little dry. Unfortunately there was construction going on in the front of the building and we got a room with a window that had the construction going on. We could not even look out the window because all the equipment was right there. That wasn’t the highlight of our stay to say the least. Also, we requested a queen bed but got two individual beds pushed together and it was uncomfortable to sleep on when getting to close to the middle.

This property is well-maintained. We encountered a few issues, but they were promptly resolved. Despite being a small hotel, it offers a lot of amenities. Most of the staff was exceptionally friendly, but unfortunately, a few were not as pleasant.
