Worst Ibis hotel we stayed at

Attending to visitors was extremely slow. Booking for breakfast was even slower. Rude breakfast staff checking us in for breakfast. We could smell weed being smoked on our floor which we have complained about. The room literally had one plug socket to charge phones, watches, powerbanks etc. the sleeping arrangement was very poor quality mattress and topper and it smelled bad.

It was OK. The staff were friendly and helpful after my room had no power to the power sockets, and they moved my room. However the room I was moved to was right next to the lifts on the 5th floor and they were SO NOISY all night long - squeaky and loud and just annoying. I got a bit of sleep but it wasn’t the most comfortable

El elevador para acceder caminando al hotel 🏨 es horrible, sucio, lleno de grafiti! En Las habitaciones del IBi 17 se escucha los ruidos de arriba, horrible! El colchón es un pedazo de colchón sobre maderera! No dejan papel suficiente de baño, no dejan toallas para mano, y las de cuerpo son del tamaño de manos! Muy mala experiencia, solo porque no pague cancelación, si no, me hubiera salido desde el primer día 😡
