We stayed at Kopster Hôtel Colombes as a family of four, and I would highly recommend booking one of the apartment-style rooms with the small kitchen if that option is available. That layout gave us much more privacy, with a separate main bedroom and a living area, which made a big difference when traveling with kids. The small kitchen was also very convenient for quick meals and snacks. One thing we really appreciated was the vending machine in the reception area of our part of the hotel — perfect for late-night snacks after long sightseeing days. The location was also great: • Bakery and grocery store directly across the street • About a 10-minute walk to the metro, which made getting into Paris easy Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay that worked very well for our family. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Booked the family room , 2 adults 2 children (1 10years the other 9 months old) The room was very dusty, with dust all over. I reported this to reception and was asked if I wanted a cleaner sent in. We went out for the day expecting it to be sorted, but when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I informed them that I had to go to the pharmacy to buy anti-allergy medication because of this. There was no apology and not even a bottle of water offered for the inconvenience. The staff in the restaurant were somewhat pleasant, but aside from that the experience was very poor. I honestly would have felt more comfortable sleeping in my car. We got to the hotel at 23:00 wanted to have a late check out and were told will need to pay dispite the inconvenience faced . Left feeling like I wasted money booking this hotel

Poor handover from day staff to night staff. Room change request was not followed up properly by night staff following discovery of one bed bug. I was informed this was very rare but I hope it has been treated. On a positive note, staff were very friendly and property seemed very new or refurbished with good parking facility (not free £19).

Yes very disappointed with hotel, restaurant closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday not mentioned on reservation! Had to pay £200 deposit again not mentioned on reservations! The bar was very small with no trained staff hotel manager making drinks from read list … not great. I would like some form of re compensating for this booking. The electric car parking chargers did not work, even the staff did not know and had to pay £19 per night to park as well! On the Saturday night a fire alarm went off at 00:15 midnight, with no explanation as was not a real alarm. Noisy at night with main road cars non stop and kids / people running around in corridors of hotel.

New and well thought out property. I rented the apartment and it is good for 4 people. The gym is basic but the equipment is Thecno gym. If they had a pulley machine it would be much better. Location is good and price is right. Will go back again.

Carpet floor Stains by bed patio window, also stains on the drapery. Kitchen table was outdated and top had markings. No air conditioning and the lighting in the apartment master bed room area was NOT good. Room 1104 nice unit for a few days just needing to update.

Air conditioning was not fully operational, seemed like it was hot all the time, even at the lowest setting. Good location, near the train station and in a quiet area. Great views from one side of the hotel. Room could have been cleaner, there was mould in the bathroom. Hot water was instant.
