Perfect location with a Monoprix in back of courtyard and two Metro stops within 10 minute walk. Issues with the swimming pool as there is a limited number of guests which can be swimming at one time. The limit is 15 however, the facility clerk limited it to 4. Men and boys are required to wear speedos. The fitness facility was nice with a view of the Seine.

We were on the 30th flooor overlooking the Seine.

Pros: View, bed, location
Cons: Some small touch ups needed here and there like tiles and paint.
Location: Fabulous location! So easy to shops, restaurants, the Ifell Tower, other attractions so easy by Metro.
Great bed and bedding, and good bathroom. A little tight ( by Our Canadian standards) but we loved everything!

Great stay on the Seine

Great location, friendly staff, comfy room, a cool mall right next door for personal items, I’m recommending to all friends!

Nice hotel close to eiffel tower

Nice hotel close to eiffel tower. Only complaints are hard to climb in and operate the shower. And one of the clerks in the snack shop was rude. I had my hand out for change and he put it in counter instead of my hand. The staff in the breakfast area are quick to wipe your table off when you get up for seconds. The staff are very friendly and make you feel wanted. You have to ask for a wash cloth. Also I didn't like the fact you have to wait until 3 to check in. All in all a nice hotel with friendly staff

Disappointed in Room Size-Shuttle Service

We could barely move around in room. Worse than some New York rooms. Le Direct Bus Service doesn't provide direct round trip service to hotel room airport. We had to pay for additional transportation costs since driver dropped us off nearly 9 miles from hotel. Never prepay with Travelocity since both companies will not refund you for added costs. Le Direct Service told us we could be picked up at any of only six pickup points but charged us again because we went back to station that we were dropped off. Terrible service. Round trip train from airport is time consuming and requires lots of walking up long stairs. Uber was better than taxi drivers--less costly. Enjoyed Paris anyway but wish we had come in May or early Fall since it was somewhat chilly everyday. You need a jacket and scarf. The Moulin Rouse Show wasn't worth the money. Otherwise we enjoyed touring the historic sites. Take Uber or Metro once in Paris. Food was excellent at the hotel and cafes.

A good choice!

The hotel is close to two metro stations. Easy to get around the city. The staff is vsry knowledgeable on the how to get from hotel ro the museums and other notable sites. The hotel room is comfortable, clean the restaurant was a great place for breakfast. There is a mall down the street with other choixes and small bistros in the neighborhood. Will return.

Great place, reasonably priced

Staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak English well, close to Eiffel Tower, Charles Michele Metro station is close by which we used a lot, our view of Seine River was beautiful, Beaugranelle close by for Bateaux bus ride, close to Monoprix, boulangerie, and shops, breakfast included which we enjoyed. Please put a deeper shower base in shower room to keep it from leaking on the side, new carpet will be good too.

Nice hotel close to Eiffel Tower

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 12 year old niece. Standard double bed room with sofa bed, it had plenty of space for the three of us. Free wifi and our room was clean. The only downside was the carpet looked worn out and dirty. Also the toilet was separate from the shower and sink so we had to walk around the room after using toilet to wash our hands. We are pretty down to earth so we didn't mind, it was just odd. The staff was nice!

Adequate not amazing

I thought from the reviews this hotel would have been a lot nicer. The location was good and close to some metro stops. You can see the Effiel tower from the hotel, and the bed was fabulously comfortable. However the room did not have a fridge as promised, only body wash, no shampoo or conditioner and a horrible hairdryer contraption. They gave my friend and I the same spoiled, vinegar tasting cheap wine even though we ordered very distinctly different red wines. So stay away from all of the food and beverages offered there. I would love to say it's worth the price but with Airbnb and VBRO that's just not true anymore. We could of had an entire private apartment with out the noisy and disrespectful neighbors for the same price.
