We stayed here for two nights and, unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the very first night, we encountered multiple issues that made our stay uncomfortable.
Our sleep was disrupted late into the night by a continuously crying child, which, while not the hotel’s fault, set the tone for an exhausting stay. On top of that, our room had a leaking thermostat and a constantly dripping shower, both of which we had to try to manage ourselves.
The most frustrating part was the complete lack of assistance from hotel staff. Despite multiple attempts to contact reception via phone and mobile, as well as sending an email, we received no response, even three days later. No one offered to move us to another room or provide any help.
We have since checked out, but for the price of over $1,000 for two nights, this level of service and lack of response is unacceptable.
We do not recommend this hotel based on our experience. There are many other options in the area, and the one we stayed at in Paris prior to this was far superior in service and only 3 stars.
