This is our fourth visit in the last five years and the last. We always tried to celebrate my wife's birthday in your hotel. The hotel has seriously changed during this time - breakfasts are terrible - there are not even tomatoes, a meager selection of vegetables and cheeses (France?), a lot of things are missing from our first visit... The room was struck by the old, not fresh carpet, stains on the walls and holes (!) from the old air conditioner control. The sockets for charging the phone also did not inspire confidence, shaken by time. The service listens to criticism separately - it started long before our arrival, I did not receive an answer to my two letters with questions, more precisely, I received an automatic sending from the bot, but not an answer to the question In the hotel, after the next cleaning, the bathrobes were removed, I had to spend 30 minutes to bring a bathrobe, but one. After 10 minutes of waiting, they brought the second one ... there were some more moments, but I don't really want to discuss the unpleasant... Never choose the lower floors - you are guaranteed to listen to the night news from local taxi drivers on the street... And all this for $700 per night... Reading the enthusiastic comments, I want to ask - have you seen anything else in Paris? Do you have anything to compare with? In my opinion, the management in the hotel has changed - I don't see any other reasons for the change

The hotel is not inexpensive, but the overall environment was fairly comfortable and well maintained. However, it was a bit disappointing that the room temperature could not be adjusted, which affected our comfort during the stay. That said, I would especially like to commend William, who assisted us during check-in. He was extremely polite, friendly, and engaging. Later in the evening, when we were unsure about dinner options, I deliberately went back to the front desk to seek his help, and he was more than happy to assist us again. It is these small but thoughtful gestures that leave a lasting impression on guests. Staff members like William truly add value to the hotel experience and deserve recognition, pay rises, and promotion.

This is an affordable and pleasant hotel with great views of the Eiffel Tower from many rooms. It's easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower from here, and there are several good cafés nearby. The restaurant inside the hotel is also good. When you book, make sure that you clearly book a room that has an Eiffel Tower view, as not all rooms have one. My group booked several rooms and our only complaint was that some of them were cold, even when the heater was turned on. If the rooms were all warm, I could recommend this hotel completely. If what you want is proximity to the Eiffel Tower, this hotel will give that to you.

Staff was friendly. Room was ready when I checked in early. The hotel is very nice and in a great location close to transportation and as close as you can get to the Eiffel Tower. I did have to call on two different days to have the room made up and to bring clean towels. We were out for most of the day so they are either understaffed or make new check in's a priority to clean room. I would stay again but the hotel was average, def overpriced due to location
