With three bedrooms, two terraces and quick access to attractions like the Paris Observatory and the Catacombs of Paris, this is the perfect spot to base yourself in the Left Bank.

LIVING & DINING AREA
Warm wood floors, sleek, modern furnishings and splashes of midnight blue make this open-plan living space an instant delight. The entire back wall is taken up by a huge full-height sliding door, illuminating the entire room – from the piano near the entrance to the large plush sofa facing the TV. Basking in the direct sunlight adjacent to the windows is a chic timber dining table with room for six diners to enjoy a sunny breakfast or a dinner with a view.

KITCHEN
More hues of midnight blue return in the kitchen, adorning the lower cupboards and ensuring a pleasing sense of cohesion. Enjoy a view over the rooftops while washing up at the sink or take advantage of the wealth of amenities and appliances at your disposal.

TERRACES
Accessed from the sliding door in the living room, the primary terrace faces the northwest, so you’ll get that rarest of Parisian luxuries: a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from your apartment.
