Reception desk not helpful at all, asked for toothpaste and still didn't get it after 1 hour despite called the reception desk twice and had to go down myself to get it. Terrible checkout experience, the night shift didn't even tell me how much I paid for the tax, very rude attitude as well

This was a beautiful property with excellent service in a charming neighborhood that was conveniently located just a few steps from two metro lines. The staff were so welcoming and kind. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return for another voyage!

Excellent location! The deluxe rooms are large for Europe, and the Diptyque bath products a special treat. Very comfortable beds and the blackout shades made for a wonderful night of sleep. Great neighborhood near Montparnasse and a quick walk to St. Germain-Des-Prés; we enjoyed our time here!
