Parian Seascape Villa is a traditional solid stone villa standing on a hilltop location over Marcello beach and offering a panoramic view of the sea, the town of Parikia across the bay, a chain of hills and the unspoiled surrounding Cycladic environment. The home is 77 sq. m with a garden in front and back and offers access to a spacious shared swimming pool. It is constructed of natural materials, stone and wood spreads on two levels and hosts comfortably 5 guests. The space
The villa is 77 sq. m with a garden in front and back and has a private entrance. It is constructed mainly of stone and wood, in two levels. It has a spacious living room, kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 WC. It is equipped with all necessary utensils and electrical appliances (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee makers, iron, washing machine, hair drier, heaters, etc.).

Ground floor: consists of a cozy living room, the kitchen area, and one WC.

Living room: spacious with a TV, stereo, and fireplace. The living room extends onto a stone terrace that can sit up to five people and includes a small white marble bistro table for cocktails, coffee, or tea. The view from the terrace is stunning both day and night.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. An arched stone terrace extends from the kitchen and a marble table can sit up to five people for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This terrace also has a beautiful panoramic view!

Lower level: three bedrooms, one bathroom with walk-in shower and one washing machine. The 3 bedrooms sleep 5 guests.

* The stone construction keeps the house cool in the summer and gives a sense of natural coolness. The bedrooms are cool at night and a good night’s sleep is guaranteed.

Interaction with guests
Anna, the house manager will meet you at the villa or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the villa and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently.
