Very clean and comfortable room. Nice amenities to. The pool was closed for the season but we had a wonderful time in the casino...i actually won. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Restaurant food was good too. I highly recommend a visit to this hotel, plus if your a fan of the Pioneer Woman; her stores are about a mile down the road.

Have to have a room key card to be able to get to the hotel elevator which is a good idea. You have to go thru the casino to get to the hotel which is not good, even though they are suppose to be no smoking, there's a smell that isn't good. Not smoke, the scent they are using to cover what use to be a smoking facility. Also, you can't bring outside food or drink, which is ok, but no microwave? We had pizza and took the left over upstairs, no way to heat up later. Would rather smell pizza heating than whatever they used for ordor control.

A great hotel at a great price

Check in and check out were quick and easy, there was great security at the hot, everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great. Downtown Pawhuska had lots of great shops and restaurants and was only four minutes from the hotel

The only thing I didn't like was the sheets. They felt wet and cold when first going to bed. The staff was great! Everything else was fine.
