Everything is superb !!

Very clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Air Conditioning and Wifi are excellent. Good to have a balcony overlooking the city. Customer service made us feel welcome. Located in a quite neighbourhood. We have nothing to complain about this Apart-Hotel.

Clean but cold

Stayed one night. Apartment was very cold (heat only in bedroom). No restaurant for lunch or dinner--walked three blocks to a bakery. Breakfast was nice. Not centrally located. Arrived early and was not allowed to check-in until 14:00. Left for lunch and was accepted at 12:30 pm.

É um flat em que a internet só funciona na sala. Quarto e banheiro sem nenhum sinal de internet. Zero flexibilidade sobre cancelamento e pagamento.

Excelente o hotel mas

O hotel é excelente....nos chamou a atenção a falta de cortesia fos funcionários da recepção! Ademais, nao tem estacionamento conforme descrito no app! Contam com 5 vagas na rua enfrente ao hotel,o q seria o espaço de desembarque!! Entao fica sempre ocupado o que dificulta a chegada e saida com bagagem....eles tb nao possuem o carrinho para malas e tampouco tem funcionários para ajudar.. Podem melhorar..

Toda equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e prestativa. Bom café da manhã. Quarto muito amplo, limpo e confortável. Reparo apenas as condições de conservação da tampa do bacio, muito quebrada, e do blackout do quarto também muito danificado.
