Beautifully updated 2 BR w extra bunk room, family friendly, ocean front condo

Welcome to "Good Times & Tan Lines". This is a newly updated large beach front corner 4th floor condo with a beautiful view. This is the largest two bedroom with a washer/dryer in Sans Souci. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an extra room with a full over full bunk bed. This extra room that comes with this two bedroom unit makes all the difference and is hard to find elsewhere! You also have access to a storage room on the first floor where you can store your beach chairs/toys etc. We have three TVs and three DVD players, and smart TV capability.

You are so close to the water you can see dolphins swimming in the beautiful clear water. There are several very good local restaurants nearby and a convenience store right across the street. When you are tired from a day at the beach, just walk across the street to the infamous Peg Leg Pete's. The front entrance also offers a beautiful view of the bay. San Souci is gated and safe. We look forward to having you as our guests!

Perfect space with plenty of room and bedding options, laundry options, balcony with furniture, clean like new inside. Beach was feet away plus a pool area and hot tub. Our stay was not crowded. Lots of stores and places to eat within 5 minutes or walking distance. Bear Fruit is on the pier and has delicious açaí bowls!! The best!! There is some building construction happening at the moment which wasn’t a problem if you’re on the beach but a bit noisy if you like to sit on the balcony. Every person we met was super friendly there too!! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a quick getaway. It was in the perfect location - near restaurants and water activities. The condo was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plenty of games and well stocked kitchen as well as a breathtaking Gulf view. Plenty of space and great sleeping accommodations. Loved it!

Awesome time at Tan Lines

We had a great time at this condo. We have stayed often on in the pensacola Fort Walton area for years since our kids were little and have finally found our favorite place. Will be booking this for next year as soon as tomorrow and may not wait all the way till next year to go again. Amazing Family Vacation in this Condo!!!

Sans Souci 402 was beautiful. Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning. It was spotless when I arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/extras. The view from the balcony was perfect. We often sat out just listening to the waves. The pool is very large and we enjoyed it and the beach which is 4 minutes from the condo.

Perfect!

This is a gorgeous condo that is stocked with more than most. It's in a great location. The walk from the condo to the beach is so close... no burning feet and tired backs from hauling beach items. Speaking of, there is a super convenient locker located on the ground floor to store your beach chairs, toys, etc. The beach wasnt crowded at all, elevator wait times were minimal, and we just really enjoyed our time here. Can't wait to come back!
