This house is professionally furnished and decorated, a pure designer dream home with top of the line amenities. Right in front of the house is a stunning pool and deck area, great for the kids and family when not at the beach. The home has an elevator from ground level to third floor, a necessity for the mobility challenged in your group. It has a private outdoor shower. There is abundant outdoor space for the sun worshipers in the group and many covered porches and decks for those wanting shade. This house lacks nothing and is a first choice destination for families, friends, wedding parties, and corporate outings.

The first floor has an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area all with stunning beach views.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, completely stocked and ready for preparing meals for a crowd. Dining space in provided both indoors and out so guests can be comfortable in any weather. The living area has a large flat screen TV which can be viewed from the kitchen and dining also. For the more serious TV viewer, there is another lounge on the second floor with four swivel chairs, wet bar, and flat screen. All bedrooms also have a TV.

This incredible vacation home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The main floor has two bedrooms. One has a king bed with private bath. The other has a queen and twin and opens to a shared hall bath. The second floor and a true master suite with a king bed and luxurious master bath with double vanities, soaking tub and walk in shower. This master has glass sliders that open onto a large covered porch with rockers for enjoying the amazing gulf views. The second floor has three more bedrooms. There is a fantastic bunk room with one queen and five twins! This room has a private bath with large walk in shower. The fifth bedroom has one queen with private bath and the sixth bedroom has two full beds and opens to the hall bath. The second floor lounge also has three built in twin bunks which share the hall bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the main floor living room. Wow! This house really does sleep 25.

These first two floors are beyond beautiful and have fantastic views, but the ultimate spot in this home is the third floor! This is the place for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and evening sunsets. Here you can choose from the cozy glass enclosed nook with loungers or the open air deck. Family vacation!

Overall wonderful property! There were 21 of us over three generations with our kids and grandkids.House could use more large bowls and large platter for house that sleeps 21! Awesome having wine fridge-would have liked plastic wine glasses for around pool !We loved watching the Fourth of July fireworks from the third floor deck!!Not related to the property but we wre surprised at the amount of trash on the beach. We’ve been coming to PCB since the late 70’s and have always loved how clean and natural it was but this year was a disappointment. Hopefully that can be remedied through your local leadership.But we’ll be back-we all love it there

Great location and room for all 17 of us!

Our family of 17, 8 adults and 9 children ranging in ages from 14 to 2, spent the week! 5 minute walk to a beautiful wide, mostly deserted, white sand, clear water beach! There is a wagon and lots of pool toys and beach chairs available, although the closet is poorly organized and jam packed. Any question or concern that came up was promptly addressed! The beds mattresses could be updated and be aware that there are mostly no dressers for clothing but there are some shelves in the closet. More hangers in each closet would be a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again. And we had a great dinner at The Grand Marlin!

Bucket List Trip

We stayed here with our whole family as a last vacation destination for our grandparents. The house is beautiful and everyone was comfortable during their stay. It's not too far from the beach, about a five minute walk. The huge kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining tables allowed for everyone to cook and dine together, which was the highlight for our week. A few family members had difficulty using the elevator. It was sensitive and if not used precisely it would shut down. Normally it wouldn't be a huge issue, but my grandparents are handicapped and relied on it to get in an out of the house. The response times from the property manager and maintenance were swift however, and we were back on track.

Awesome Family Beach House

Our family of 20 just left this awesome place! Each of our 5 families had a beautiful room and bathroom, and the 10 kiddos shared the comfy bunks. The location is perfect because it’s minutes from restaurants, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Best of both worlds! We would book this house again!

Stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration with friends. Was an excellent choice for beach access, in home private chef dinners, gatherings, etc. The in room bathrooms in every room is wonderful for privacy of every guests. We also loves all of the balconies! We had a wonderful time!

Overall this house is nice. There is a discrepancy with checkout instructions. Text states leave bedding on bed; book in the house states remove all bedding and pile on the bed. Also they need a full size Keurig. The one cup Keurig is not sufficient for 20 people.

Pensacola beach family fall vacay

We selected this property because we have 3 generations who love Pensacola beach. We like having a pool on the property for the times we can’t go to the beach due to jellyfish or something else. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the house was clean, beautiful, and well equipped for a family that also likes to cook some of our meals. Close to many restaurants and shops. Close to a beautiful state park that our family loves. This house is perfect for large families and/or a wedding party.

Comfortable family getaway

Beautifully decorated and very clean. Miner things that need to be fixed but nothing that got in the way of a wonderful stay. The pool was fantastic! The "big kids" loved it. The grill worked great. and having two options was a nice surprise. Plenty of parking space for all the families on the trip. Couldn't figure out how to use the tub, so we didn't use it but the shower in the master was wonderful.

Perfect Beach House

We stayed here with all our kids, their spouses and grandkids (17 total) and it was perfect. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. We had 2 very minor maintenance issues and both times someone came out within an hour. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool was very nice, and it was a close walk to the beach. Also the 4th floor bonus room and deck area was great. We spent quite a bit of time up there talking, reading, watching the waves, etc. Highly recommend this house!!

Absolutely Lovely!

This property was absolutely lovely! We had 5 couples, and the house was extremely comfortable. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. With that being said, we had additional 10 beds open. Its the house you want if your have a big group and kids too. The house was very clean. The views were gorgeous. The pool and outdoor space was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything. We rode bikes to and from the little town. I will 100% rent this property again! We'll be back next year!

Beautiful house, amazing location.. perfect for our retreat! Everyone complimented on the fact that the furniture, decorations and furnishings were as if this were someone's private home. There is so much space for comfy gatherings. Loved this house and location!!

The house was more than we expected in terms of space, cleanliness and comfort. Rooftop deck was a favorite spot. All bedrooms and bathrooms were nice size and very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Spectacular!

This home had all of the essentials. Location is great - not right on the beach but the beautiful white sand is less than a five minutes walk. Elevator is very handy and the heated pool was amazing. I highly recommend this house - I would return!

Enjoyed our stay!

House was nice and clean and pretty like in pictures. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. It is easy to get to the beach. Communication was great and got responses within minutes. It was nice to have elevator. Lots of windows and balconies to enjoy the sunshine. Would stay here again!
