The master bedroom offers bay views and has a king bed, en suite with a beautiful stone floor walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and offers gulf views. Lastly, a sleeper sofa in the living room allows this condo to accommodate up to 6 guests. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV’s throughout the condo while on vacation. For your convenience, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, in house washer and dryer, and a covered balcony. Bring your family to experience Baywatch E3 year after year!

Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming, or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

Great stay at Baywatch

We come to Baywatch every year to visit family, the dock is great for fishing. Unit is clean, great location. Overall great stay!

Walking out to the beach was the highlight. Limited toiletries and things to make it more comfortable like beach items would’ve taken my rating higher. But overall it was a decent stay.

Clean and great location for the bay and beach access. Some items could use to be replaced and the biggest issue was the noisy upstairs neighbors running around constantly and the people with young kids swimming in the bay at 5am.

This is a five star location and accommodation. We were delayed in Atlanta and arrived late. We called the available number and were referred to the rental agency VRBO. The difficulty to enter the property was solved in the morning by Pensacola Beach Properties. The first night was spent at a local hotel which was reimbursed to our joy.

Amazing escape

This condo was everything we needed and more. We could walk right downstairs to the water and relax in the morning then get in the van and drive 1 mile to the more public beach area. This condo was so close to so many delicious places to eat. I never return to a place - just because we always want to go somewhere new - but I would definitely return here!

The location of the condo was great. The unit itself needs some repairs. There was water damage to doors, rust on both toilet paper holders, mold in the master shower, the shower had soap residue (like a bunch) build up on the shelf, the bathtub needed a deep cleaning, shower curtains were stained, as was the bathroom rug, the patio table wobbled really bad, cushions on the patio chairs were torn and had cotton sticking out. I’m sure it’s expensive owning a unit and this can take away from available money for repairs. Also, the tv in the master bedroom was full of dust and got so hot we had to keep it off. A kitchen outlet looked like it had tried to catch fire at some point. Also, I know the property management company warns you, but the unit is 100% bare bones. There are 2 rolls of tp for each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 1 extra trash bag. Bring your own everything else. Trashbags, ziplock bags, etc. I’ve stayed at multiple units in Pensacola and elsewhere that provide these little things and it makes such a huge difference. I guess when you involve a property management company they try to make it like a hotel, so you get hotel type soaps and stuff. Idk. I just appreciate the vrbo’s that are more like a home and offer spices and such. Btw, bring your own salt shaker too. The view from the condo was great. You catch every sunrise and sunset. The bay is VERY calm and shallow. Perfect for small kids. Oh, and we saw a manatee!
