Welcome to The Sugar Shack on Pensacola Beach. This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath house is in the heart of Pensacola Beach with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and beach activities. The home accommodates up to 8 guests and provides a great space to make beautiful memories. Sleeping arrangements include a queen master suite with a private bath, a guest bedroom with a full bed, a second guest bedroom with a full bed and a twin bunk bed. Take a short drive or walk to one of the nearby beach access points and soak up the Florida sun when you book your stay at The Sugar Shack!

Visit the heart of Pensacola Beach to soak up some sun on the Emerald Coast. Stroll down the white sandy shore or the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk to taste a variety of fresh Gulf cuisine, explore multiple shopping destinations, enjoy live music during the summer at The Shell, or even rent scooters.

Take a scenic drive just minutes from your cozy vacation home down Santa Rosa Island to Fort Pickens, a historic defense fort established in the early 1800s. Those of all ages will love wandering through the multiple enduring corridors with rich stories to tell in this national park.

Downtown Pensacola will without a doubt charm you with its continuously emerging shopping, dining, nightlife, and historical experience opportunities. Kids will love the open spaces and playground areas, delicious candy shops, as well as fun museums. Catch a Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

The house is great. It needs to a better cleaning job.* Found 2 cockroaches dead. One inside the closet where we put our clothes. The other on floor by the kitchen. That shows the closets and floors might have not been swept and mopped properly. * Crusted soap on the soap "dish" by the shower. That shows nobody cleaned there and is you are cleaning the shower that would be an area that you could easily see the white of the crust of the soap.* Kitchen table/counters and dining table was so dirty that after I wiped it off, the paper towel I used was black.*Pillows and cushions of the outside furniture needed to be shaken off to get bugs, spider webs, sand, and dust off of it. I do not believe the dirt on the cushions were new. It looks too dirty and too many webs and bugs to be new.

We were looking for a nice place where we could bring our dog, be close to the beach and close, but not too close to the shops, restaurants, and hotels. We got all of that with this rental. There was plenty of room for all of us and my whole family enjoyed our stay. Some updates could be made but overall a very nice place

Great Dog Friendly House!

We enjoyed our stay here with our two dogs, one that is elderly. No stairs made it much easier on her and the neighborhood is great for daily walks with the dogs. It's a short walk to the beach or the Baby Beach on the bayside.

Great times at Sugar Shack

I laughed when I saw the name because my BIL has property he calls “The Sugar Shack”. We had a great time. So many wonderful restaurants we only ate breakfast at the house. Beach is super close. There is limited parking at the beach near the property but it’s quiet there and we just walked. House had all we needed. Washer and dryer are nice. Some board games would have been nice. I keep some at our VRBO property in PSL Florida. People like it. Beds were comfortable and the place is very clean. I’m sorry to the cleaning lady that I left some stuff in the freezer that we meant to cool down a bit before we left. I completely forgot about it. You need to buy some salt and pepper if you plan to cook at the house. Grocery store is pretty close. The only thing I would recommend is some kind of closure in the main bedroom’s bathroom.

Great value for money

Winter stay and we used just for lodging near other family members staying on the beach. Quirky and fun design elements. Not high end finishes, but it worked for us. Great table for family games. Beds comfortable. Minor issues during stay but property management was responsive and quick to resolve. I was concerned with the house being on main road, but noise and access were not an issue. Great accessibility for my elderly parents. Would consider this house on future stays.
