The pillow had blood on it, and the blanket that was on the bed there was a poop stain on. So disgusting, will never return. I know this is not a 5 star hotel but get rid of the stuff that has stains especially those kinds. Gross!

everything was good while me and my 2 daughters where there only issues we had is that the pillows were not comfortable to sleep on our necks were hurting all 3 of us. also housekeeping could have done little better when they cleaned the room. we checked in on friday and were gone from the hotel almost all day saturday attending a funeral. when we returned the room was cleaned except for they never bothered to check the coffee pot and replace the condoments and the coffee from where i had used it that morning other then that it was a nice stay for the price and we would probably stay again. Old motel not close to the public beaches. The staff was unfriendly. I was there 4 nights and never got clean sheets and not sure they were clean to start with.

I want to assure you that this is not at all acceptable that you did not receive clean sheets during your entire 4 night stay. This will be addressed in our weekly meeting. The policy, is to have the sheets changed every other day. We had hoped that you shared this while you were here so that we could have had this corrected immediately and upgrade you to one of our suites to compensate for the inconvenience. Our customers come first and we appreciate the business. We aim to go above and beyond because we believe in customer loyalty. We want you to keep coming back. I also want to share that the Pensacola Beach is 1.5 miles away from us and I hope you did get the opportunity to swim in our private beach (the Bay) and that you saw the beautiful sunset.
