Let me first apologize on behalf of the team, for failing to meet your expectations. I want to assure you that this is not at all acceptable that you did not receive clean sheets during your entire 4 night stay. This will be addressed in our weekly meeting. The policy, is to have the sheets changed every other day. We had hoped that you shared this while you were here so that we could have had this corrected immediately and upgrade you to one of our suites to compensate for the inconvenience. Our customers come first and we appreciate the business. We aim to go above and beyond because we believe in customer loyalty. We want you to keep coming back. I also want to share that the Pensacola Beach is 1.5 miles away from us and I hope you did get the opportunity to swim in our private beach (the Bay) and that you saw the beautiful sunset.
