Room was clean, sanitized, well stocked. I can not say enough about Ms. Elizabet!!! She truly is the glue for this hotel. She makes everyone feel like they are family..The front desk staff always warmly smiling and welcoming. When you walk in the front door you feel as if they are hapoy you finally arrived and they ha e been waiting. This is the only hotel I will stay at. The staff is top notch and I never have to worry about the cleanliness of the room nor if it is well stocked. Everyone is willing and a le and DOES HELP!! THANK YOU ALL FOR WHAT YOU DO

Overall: Location – 4.5/5 Staff friendliness – 4/5 Cleanliness – 5/5 Breakfast – 5/5 The hotel is located in front of the Pensacola Beach Ball Tower car park (on the opposite side of the road). You can walk to the beach, but it is a bit of a walk. At the back of the hotel, there is a small private beach facing the gulf, and you can ride kayaks for free. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who arranged breakfast—she was great. However, the person who manages the kayaks was not in the same mood. He was very arrogant and acted as if he were doing charity work for free. He is the sole reason for not giving a 5/5 rating. The rooms were very clean. The pool was clean but not heated and not very big. The breakfast was great and sufficient, served from 7:30 to 9:30. Unlike some other places, they didn’t stop serving exactly at 9:30. They were flexible and made sure everyone was well fed before clearing the food. The lady who arranged everything was especially kind and took extra care of the guests.

Staff were very nice however the continental breakfast was cold and basically inedible. The grounds were dingy and the amenities in the room I.e. refrigerator very loud which forced me to turn off and electrical outlets worn. Other than its location a complete disappointment
