Villa surrounded by greenery and in total privacy, located in the village of Vezio a few minutes drive from Varenna.
The Villa is equipped with every comfort, arranged on three levels we find on the ground floor a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with dryer and washing machine. On the first floor we have a study with a single bed, a living area with fireplace and double sofa bed, a bathroom with whirlpool tub, dining room and American kitchen, the entire first floor overlooks a splendid 1000 m² garden with barbecue in stone, table for eating outside and lake view. On the second floor there is a double bedroom and an anteroom with a French bed. The whole second floor overlooks a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake where you can sunbathe.
Please note: The house can only be reached on foot from the car park via a short 500m walk from the car park.
