Basic check in with no welcome or hotel explanation, room wasn’t vacuumed, tv didn’t work- kept turning itself off. Given an accessible room even though didn’t need or want it. Around the pool lots of tiles missing, no one working at pool bar. For the money it’s not worth it.

Room was clean and staff were nice. Great location across the road from RAC arena but very noisy. Walls are paper thin, and can hear traffic, people etc outside. Perfect if you need to be close to arena but too noisy for weekend away.

The rooms and decor are extremely old and carpet is worn and pulled up in some areas. For the price per night it was not a well received room.
