There are two coded entry doors, so there are no apartment keys to collect. Your access code and complete check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.
🚗 Two dedicated parking bays – 49 & 50 – are included with your stay. Please use only these marked bays.
49 Bay has an optional parking bollard. If you like raise it when empty.

🚗 Driving: Your stay includes two dedicated parking bays, 49 & 50, so you can park at the apartment and explore the wider Perth area when you wish.
🚌 FREE SURF CAT: Scarborough now has the free Transperth Surf CAT, connecting Scarborough Beach with Stirling Station. The service operates every 10 minutes, every day of the year.
The Surf CAT route travels between Scarborough Beach and Stirling Station via Scarborough Beach Road and Ellen Stirling Boulevard, with stops including Innaloo Shopping Centre, Innaloo MegaCentre and IKEA.
🚆 At Stirling Station, guests can connect with Perth's train network for onward travel.
🚌 Scarborough Beach Bus Station also provides additional Transperth services, including connections toward other parts of Perth.
