Booked a twin room. We thought all rooms had a balcony, as per all the photos. We were given this room with no balcony, and a tiny corner window that we could not even open. Small space, no room to move, and couldnt even open a window. Worst room in the hotel.

Excellent location to the city and attractions. Hotel is well managed and in excellent condition. Breakfast is lovely and freshly made to your order. Swimming pool is lovely but a little cold. Excellent gym facilities if you like that sort of thing. Room was spacious and well cleaned. View from our room was excellent from our uninterrupted view of park and river
