From time to time, you may see a few local visitors like a possum, bandicoot or kangaroo if you are lucky and although harmless should be left alone. We may also ocassionally share the environment with ants, flies, or mosquitoes - especially when doors or windows are open. The property is professionally treated, but weather changes can bring a little extra activity.
To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - weâre always happy to help.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans. Our cancellation policy is strict, and refunds will not be issued unless the issue is caused by our listing. Travel insurance can help cover costs if you need to cancel or your trip is disrupted.

Weâre happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.
