Located in a quiet & peaceful complex of 8 villas, you will have a private entrance, double garage, three spacious bedrooms, spacious living area and a quiet and low maintenance rear courtyard.

This property hosts 7 guests. We have a king bed, bunk bed (single over double) and queen bed for guests to use.

- Located in a complex of 8 villas - this property is located towards the rear of the complex.
- Private entrance & lockbox onsite for easy access.
- Double garage with shoppers entrance on the inside and access with a garage remote.
- As soon as you enter through the front door, you will be greeted by a large hallway that takes you to the front of the property and to the rear of the property.
- At the front of the property you will find the master bedroom, complete with KING bed, bedside tables & lamps, robe & en-suite. En-suite comes with toilet, vanity/sink & shower.
- Take the hallway down to the rear of the property where you will find the other bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, TV area, study nook, dining area & courtyard.
- Bedroom 2 boasts a bunk bed (single over double), bedside table, lamp & robe.
- Bedroom 3 boasts a queen bed, bedside tables, lamps & robe.
- In-between bedrooms 2 & 3 is the second bathroom - complete with toilet, vanity/sink & combined bath/shower - please refer to the photo showing the access to this shower as you will need to `step` over the bath to shower.
- Spacious kitchen comes fully stocked & equipped perfect for short or longs stays. Gas cooking to the stovetop, electric oven, microwave & fridge. We also offer tea, coffee, & sugar facilities!
- Laundry with washing machine and outside clothesline. No dryer.
- Combined TV, dining & study nook. Smart TV with Netflix, Stan, Prime Video & YouTube access - please note you will require your own accounts to login to the above services - we do not offer this.

Booking & Financial Policies
‱ Booking Extension Policy: Last-minute extensions must be approved and paid for in full before 7:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled check-out. Any extension requested after this time will incur a $150.00 fee (to compensate housekeeping for urgent scheduling changes) plus the standard nightly extension rate. All charges must be paid upfront. If fees are not paid in full by your scheduled check-out time, you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please note that if you create an entirely new reservation instead of submitting an alteration request, the cleaning fee cannot be refunded.

‱ Third-Party Bookings: If this reservation was made on behalf of someone else, the booking account holder is fully responsible for communicating all house rules, check-in instructions, and updates to the staying guests. Failure to relay this information may result in miscommunication that could affect the guest experience.

‱ Extra Cleaning Charges: Additional fees will apply if the property is not left in an acceptable condition upon departure, or if unallocated beds, bedding, or linen are used.

‱ Damages & Loss: Please report any accidental breakage or damage as soon as practically possible so we can arrange prompt repairs or replacement. Depending on the severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation. ‱ Lockouts: If you lock yourself out, do not arrange your own locksmith. We utilize a preferred locksmith for security and property consistency. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange access. A minimum call-out charge of $250.00 applies to cover travel and logistics (fees are significantly higher after hours). On-site payment to the locksmith will be required. To avoid these charges, please take care of the access key or card throughout your stay.

‱ Confirmation of Booking: For safety and verification, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.

Remaining past this grace period will trigger a late check-out fee starting at $100.00 or an amount based on the nightly rate, whichever is higher.
