The window could not be opened, and unfortunately, the hotel staff were not able to provide a satisfactory solution after I raised the issue. Additionally, the interior walls looked old and worn, the overall experience is not good.

Due to multiple complaints about the people next door to me who had been drinking, playing loud music, swearing and slamming doors since 3pm, I left at 11pm. They promised a full refund and I didn’t get it. Even said to the people next to me I was the person who complained about the noise which made things twice as bad and then made me feel really unsafe. I legit came to the hotel to rest after having surgery 10 days ago. I will never stay there again. They also promised a full refund and havent got it.

For the price I expected more. We ended up getting a disabled room as we were told would be 2.5 hours after check-in we would have a chance to get in our room. Plenty of space and amenities. Couch and bed were far too soft for me. Got a sore back. Overall was a little disappointed and I don't really make complaints

Charged 30 bucks a night for parking and its nowhere near the city. The rooms are weather. All the furniture its chipped. They dont hoover your room. The cleaner does the bare minimum. Its very average

Nice but maintenance needs attention

The room was nice but the lighting was awful. We had half the lights in the room not work, 1 flickered and the bathroom lighting is almost nonexistent so doing make up was very difficult. I tried to order a make up mirror as a QR code in the bathroom said it was an option but it wouldn't work.

Wifi and TV (connected to internet) not working for first 2 days, later fixed after raising issues few times. accessible room is provided , with no shower booth/tiny small basin & mirrors & space to put things, and poor wifi connection ….. On check-out day, the staff was not friendly or professional. She didn’t even ask a usual question around how’s our stays (5 nights!!). Of course No final farewell message such as thanks for staying etc etc. Very very unpleasant experiences after staying 5 nights.
