Please remove footwear upon entry. * Please treat the apartment with care and respect at all times. * Housekeeping service is provided every 3 days for weekly stays, and once a week for monthly stays. * Any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items will be charged to the guest at market replacement value.
Check-In & Check-Out:
* Check-in time: After 4:00 PM * Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM * Guests are required to complete the online check-in form sent by our system prior to arrival. * Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
Prior to Departure, Please:
* Ensure all lights and appliances are turned off. * Remove all food items from the refrigerator. * Complete the online check-out form provided in your guest portal.
Smart Lock Access:
* Entry is managed through a time-sensitive smart lock code. * Your access code and arrival instructions can be viewed through your guest portal that will be sent 24hrs prior arrival. .
Noise & Gatherings:
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. * Please be respectful of neighbours and other guests at all times.
Occupancy:
* Maximum occupancy: 2 guests + 1 child using existing bedding. * Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Pet Policy:
* Pets are not permitted inside the apartment.
Kitchen & Cleanliness
* Please keep the apartment tidy throughout your stay. * Turn off all appliances when not in use. * Pre-rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. * Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated bins.
Smoking & Vaping
* Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the apartment or building. * A $500 fee will apply if smoking or vaping is detected indoors.
Damages & Missing Items:
