The room was clean,comfortable and very quiet also enhanced by room darkening curtains. The staff were friendly and courteous,especially the housekeepers. The location was ideal for getting around Perth on the free transport buses and also offered free parking otherwise. Very good value.

The location is good and close to public transport such as red cat. Free car parking is available. However, the industrial building opposite the hotel makes funny noise early in the morning very often.

Very dated but fine for what it is, location opposite Mantra and is walkable to CBD. Restaurant on site, didn't utilise but looked ok. Hot water was hit and miss and car parking had height restriction of 2.0m but also had 3 parks before ( under cover) for larger vehicles

Staff were nice and friendly. They were very helpful for all inquiries. Room was outdated but clean. There was however, some people smoking from next door so the smell was going through our side. But overall, stay was very good and shops was walking distance too

Property is okay, but they have a contracted taxi and they don't call a taxi for the customer's convenience. Usually i don't have to wait for more than 5 minutes to get a taxi. With this motel, I have to wait for 30 minutes and the taxi is a large one without a meter. This is not my first time. I think it happened all the times. I thought it was a coincidence.
