Stayed in the past so I thought the new owners would have updated as there are areas that need addressing… The room was tired,curtains holey,sofa worn out with greasy stained arms,no sink plug,coffee machine but no coffee capsules,shortage of sugar,milk and coffee.No room info or fire instructions,room telephone but no directory to contact reception.One of two lifts out of service,no indication of stairs if lifts out of service. The good,great breakfast,friendly staff,secure free parking,freshly laundered bedding and towels,reasonable room rates.

This is normally a great place to stay with good parking for a car. However the top level carpark is not available apparently because they can't unlock the door. I think this should be pretty easy to sort out, but it doesn't seem to be a high priority. The second lift is not in working order, as it was in my previous recent stays. This too doesn't seem to be a high priority.
