Overall good. The very spacious unit could do with some upgrading- e.g. kitchen sink faucet is dodgy, carpet badly stained in places. Some additional crockery and cutlery would be useful and avoid using the dishwasher with a very small load. Accessing the property by car is tricky but quite well located although not within walking distance of Freo centre.

Economical close to heart of Fremantle.

An economical stay just 7 minutes drive from heart of Fremantle. Business trip so it suited fine. Across the road 24 hour IGA was handy. Only issue was water pressure in shower was not great otherwise the apartment did the job for me.

Great value for money

The residences were excellent value for money with full sized washing machines and dryer in the suite, a well appointed kitchen and good sized refrigerator. There was plenty of secure parking. On site conveniences included a hairdressing salon (who fixed my bad haircut), a pharmacy and a nearby grocery store. South Terrace is easily accessed by public transport.

Nice apartment with secure parking

Great location. Easy parking. Clean apartment. Clear instructions. Occasional slamming door around but not the fault of the owner. Close to main road but no noise and was handy for getting around. Sunny balcony. Definitely would stay again.

Check in and check out was fast and the property was clean and well maintained. Love how big the balcony was and the kitchen was equipped with tools for simple cooking like frying an eggs or toasting bread. There’s also a microwave, kettle, toaster and pots to use. And the cherry on top was they have a washer and dryer

Spacious and quiet

Spacious room. 4 night stay . No contact with any staff. Good kitchen but tokenistic kitchenwear. Bit frugal with detergents, toiletries and tea/coffee Very clean and very quiet. Hard pillows but nice bedding and towels. Slept well
