Firstly, they have not had a functional pool for 12 months +. This is 100% false advertising. Misleading at its finest. The pool they let you use is the local public pool. There was also a party that went all night one of the nights of our stay. Grout in the showers has basically never been cleaned (eww) The good: The manager was lovely and very good at his job. Dedicated. Location was excellent Beds comfy

For 4 nights, i was charged over $2000. Room service menu was seriously crap. I could have spent. 2 weeks in Bali for the same price. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Exceptionally average. Cleaners entering the room TWICE before 9am? Bathroom flooding with water from shower? WiFi blackouts? AirCon "resetting"? If this is what you're looking for then the Rendezvous is for you. If you're a fellow business traveller, FORGET it. This hotel leaves a lot left to be desired. 4/10

Took 20 minutes to locate the entrance as it was not clearly marked not great when you have 4 suitcases. The escalators were out of order which was not great either. The room did not get cleaned daily and the hotel is looking shabby to say the least. It was expensive and they need to really up their game.

Room not ready still undergoing cleaning after 3pm checkin time has passed, on-site facilities that are a main draw point under construction, under staffed and not very friendly, food selection onsite is poor. Don’t expect to have the waiter return to take your order, bed in desperate need of replacement you can feel the springs when you move, shower over bath is a shower head that you can’t stand under properly and water overspray pools around bath until it makes its way to flood bath mat. Waste of money and very disappointing indeed! Staff unapologetic!

I have stayed at this hotel over 50 times first time back in 1981. I have always enjoyed the location, the hotel and especially the pool. Unfortunately this time around the pool was closed for renovation with reopening date unsure according to the staff at reception.
