Excellent location for city access. Quiet, clean and comfy beds. Didn’t eat at restaurant but very busy for breakfast and lunch so it must be good. So close to the beautiful Kings Park and city. Perfect location. Good room. Room A little small for two people for a long period but for couple of nights it was perfect.

Room was a little tired but clean. The bathroom was very very small with no bench space and very cramped toilet space. The light and the fan for the bathroom were one switch and the fan was very very noisy. The location of the property was great and within easy walking distance of the city and places to eat. Parking was tight.

Tidy, quiet hotel within easy walking distance to the city, including RAC arena. We stayed there for a week and only had our sheets changed once - after the second night, which we also thought was strange timing. Our room was missing a bit of what I'd class as standard items, including a hand towel for the bathroom, and tissues, but overall we got what we paid for.

Not that it concerned me, but was surprised the room wasn't tidied each day. But my request to fix the TV was done promptly and the staff were very nice. Good location and good price for what my stay was about. Only complaint about the room, the toilet is situated in a most awkward position with only 30cm from the front of the pan to the wall, taller people struggle to fit as knees are against the wall.
