The basin didn’t drain properly, the airconditioning turned off each night, despite it being 40°, and the staff kept referring to my partner as the wrong gender, as though they had never met gay people in their lives.

The centre of the building had a walk around verandah for each level that looked down on a fauna enclosure that was lit up with a abundance of natural light. It was unique & something I had never seen at a hotel before😍
