The house surrounded by greenery in an oasis of peace in an area with security guard has a large garden equipped with table, gazebo and brick barbecue where you can dine and laze in complete tranquility. On the other side there is a small terrace on which you can have breakfast with a breathtaking view and a large plum tree that bears fruit in June. There are two bedrooms, one with another small terrace, a large living room equipped with two comfortable sofas and a complete kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning and every comfort to make your holiday unforgettable. Located a stone's throw from a supermarket and the center of Peschici reachable on foot, it enjoys a cool climate and security as well as convenient
